Hello, I'm Sarah Jane and I created Sarah Jane Coaching because I have a real desire to help and support people to overcome obstacles in their lives and live the best lives possible.
I'm an empathetic and caring person who has a passion for health and wellbeing. I also have a background in Health and Wellbeing and Community Safety, having worked for the police for several years and I also have experience with the education system.
When it comes to anxiety coaching, I won't just be teaching you techniques that I've read about or been taught about, I will be teaching techniques that I have tried and tested myself and knows that they work and are effective.
