Sarah Jane
I'm not just a coach, I am someone that has had life experience involving severe, debilitating anxiety.
I know what it's like to live with anxiety and how it can impact ones life.
I myself used to suffer so severely with anxiety that it significantly impacted my life from my late teens and in my early 20s and found anxiety prevented me from living life fully but these experiences have led me to be good at what I do and good at understanding how anxiety is affecting people, how it feels and how it presents itself.
But more importantly, I know and truly believe that people can overcome anxiety, that your life can change and you can beat anxiety and live a bright and anxiety free life and do the things that you dream of doing.
I am proof that it is possible.
I had a dream of helping those suffering with anxiety and that’s when I found The STILL Method, that aligned perfectly with my vision to provide a coaching programme that truly works.
I know that the techniques and strategies used in The STILL Method work. I've complete confidence in what is taught and can't wait to help you or your child overcome anxiety using The STILL Method to help you find the light in life again and live a brighter tomorrow.
Having a passion and background in health and fitness, I will also be offering Health and Well-being coaching.
